THE BODY YOU WANT WITHOUT STARVING YOURSELF OR LIVING IN THE GYM

YOU CAN BUILD

1 ON 1 ONLINE NUTRITION AND FITNESS COACHING FOR WOMEN WHO ARE DONE STARTING ON MONDAY

THERE’S A REASON YOU KEEP “STARTING AGAIN ON MONDAY”…

And I want you to know it's NOT your fault. The fitness industry and social media have not been kind to women. If you're reading this, you've probably tried a diet where you cut out everything you like (cutting carbs completely, totally “clean” eating, carnivore, paleo, super strict calorie deficits… you name it), and maybe it worked for a while…

Then inevitably these super restrictive “clickbait” diets become unsustainable and you can most of it (or more) back. Relate?

You've probably also done the workouts that left you so wrecked you couldn't move for four days. You've bought the program written for someone whose life looks nothing like yours.

You've saved a hundred videos from people who have never met you, never asked what your work schedule looks like, never asked about the injury, never asked whether you even own a set of dumbbells.

You've walked into a gym, stood there a second too long not sure which machine to go to, and left (maybe you didn't even get out of your car, no shame)

And in between all of that, you've told yourself you'll “start over on Monday”.

This is NOT a moral failing on your part, trust me.

None of these things are meant to help you sustainably lose weight… they are mean to fuel the multibillion dollar industrial fitness complex that profits from you looking for the next “best” diet or workout and hating yourself in the process.

So I'm gonna be the bearer of bad (but maybe actually good) news… There is no magic bullet for weight loss or fitness.

Consistency is the only way to break the cycle for good, and deprivation will never be consistent. If you can fuel your fitness journey through self love and appreciation for what your body does for you (instead of contempt for the way it looks) you'll change your relationship with food and fitness forever.

I help you find that fuel and build habits that work for your life instead of against it.

NOW PICTURE THIS INSTEAD

It's a Tuesday. You get dressed and you're not pulling at anything, not checking the mirror from three angles, not putting something back. You just get dressed and go.

That's it. And it will feel bigger than you expect.

You walk into the gym and you know where you're going, because it's written down, it was written for you, and you understand why it's in there. Or you don't go at all, because your training happens in your living room in 35 minutes while dinner's in the oven, and it counts the same.

You eat dinner with your family. The actual dinner. You've got a handle on protein now so you're not guessing, and you're not white-knuckling through a week of food you hate waiting for it to be over. There's cake at the birthday party and you have some, and Monday isn't a reset because nothing broke.

And here's the part I most want for you. Something happens that would have wrecked you before — a weekend goes sideways, you're sick for a week, the scale goes up. And you don't spiral. You look at it, you go okay, that's information, and you go back to your plan on the next normal day.

That's the thing you're actually buying here. Not a number. The steadiness underneath it.

"I'm so beyond happy and proud of the work we have done and continue to do. I love this life it has created for me." — Laurie.

Who gets the best results from 1:1 fitness + nutrition coaching?

Here's what my clients have in common.

Not just be handed a plan and told to follow it. Why protein matters, why that machine works the muscle it does, why the scale moved this week and not last. I don't want you dependent on me forever… truly. The goal is that you can eventually do this without me.

THEY WANT TO KNOW THE “WHY” BEHIND IT

THEY’RE WILLING TO BE HONEST

This is the big one. Every client who's gotten somewhere told me when the weekend went off the rails, when they skipped three workouts, when they hated the meal I gave them. I can't adjust a plan I don't have real information about.

THEY FORGIVE THEMSELVES FOR SLIP UPS

Everybody slips. One of my clients lost her dog in the middle of her second month and missed basically everything that day. She wrote me the next morning to say today is a new day, and that was that. If a bad day currently costs you two weeks, I'll help you break the pattern (but you have to be willing).

SO WHAT KIND OF TIME DO YOU NEED TO COMMIT TO GET FIT?

Let's start with the workouts. All you need to give me is 30-40 minutes… a few days a week.

Busy adult women rarely have 2 hours a day, 6 days a week to devote to fitness… I know I certainly don't.

Now let's talk nutrition… I'll show you how to get your meal + ingredient prep done quickly (a lot of the meals take less than 15 minutes to make) and no separate sad chicken and rice for you, mama.

You can ABSOLUTELY still eat with your family and eat food you love.

Can we be real? If your meal plan can't survive a birthday party, a meal out with your loved ones, or an exhausted Tuesday where you cannot be bothered to turn on the stove, it's never gonna last.

And then what about our work together? We'll meet once to discuss your goals and create your plan that makes them a reality… and then I just need a 15-minute check-in once a week (and you can do that right in the app, fully guided)

I am not trying to be something you need forever. I'm trying to teach you the skills you need to do this on your own and hand you back your best self.

Meet April

April joined me in the first ever challenge that I hosted. She was excited to make changes in her life and in the process of working together even made herself a little home gym.

I will let her tell you her experience in her own words. But would also like to add that we have started to work together again and in the months we did not work together she managed to maintain the weight lose she lost when working directly with me.

"I met Jackie when I signed up to do her fitness and health challenge.

I went into the challenge motivated and determined, and somewhere along the way I came up against a wall within myself that I wasn’t expecting. Ultimately, I chose to step away before finishing. What stood out to me most was how Jackie responded when that happened.

There was no judgment, guilt or pressure. Instead, she met me with genuine compassion, encouragement and understanding. She helped me recognize that sometimes the biggest obstacles in fitness aren’t physical at all. They’re the things we carry internally, and those deserve attention too.

From the beginning, Jackie made the experience feel incredibly personalized. She created workouts specifically around the equipment I had available, rather than expecting me to fit into a generic program. She provided bi-weekly feedback, unlimited support, and was always willing to make adjustments when something wasn’t working or needed to change. I never felt like I was simply following a cookie-cutter plan.

Jackie was consistently encouraging, supportive and genuinely invested in how I was doing. She knows how to challenge you while still meeting you where you are, and I always felt like there was room to be honest with her about what was working and what wasn’t.

What impressed me most, though, was her ability to see the person behind the goals. I never felt like I was simply a number, a transformation photo or a result.

Even though my journey didn’t look the way I expected it to, I walked away understanding myself better because of it. And the fact that I want to work with Jackie again probably says more than anything else could.

I would absolutely recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, adaptable and genuinely supportive trainer who will challenge you while still treating you like a whole human being.":

WHY ARE THERE TO CHECK IN BEFORE OR AFTER PHOTOS?

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM

As your coach you are trusting me with photos that are you at your most vulnerable. Ones that most clients honestly say they cringe taking (at least at first). I want you to feel comfortable and confident that when you give me those photos they are not going to be plastered all over the internet.

Do they show clients results the best? Yes! Would they attract more clients to me? Yes! But when you work with me you are trusting me with the you that most of the time you only get to see. One that is personal and private and will stay that way.

If I ever post a photo of you it will be with your consent otherwise they are not getting shared

APP ACCESS

While working with me you will get access to an app that will have all your nutrition and workouts in the palm of your hand.

Nutrition comes with flexible dieting where you log your food, easy to follow recipes and a break down of your daily nutritional intake.

Workouts come with videos, so there is no more googling or YouTubing when you are unsure of how to complete an exercise. You also track your workouts in the app and receive instant feed back on your workout whether it be a personal best or a record of how many workouts you have completed.

You also have access to 1 on 1 messaging with me where you can ask any questions you have by either writing or sending a voice message.

L came to me after being told by her doctor that she would never be able to lose more than 15 lbs without starting GLP-1 medication. We started working together on a customized nutrition and workout plan.

Now she does workouts 3 days a week (when she has time) and has a satisfying meal plan that clocks around 1650 calories a day and she has lost 51.2 lbs and 11.5 inches off her waist in a year.

L and I worked together for 11 months, and she kept going on her own for months afterward, because she had the tools by then. She maintained even during a 2-week all-inclusive vacation and here's what she said:

"Thanks to Jackie's personalized nutrition advice and structured workouts, I've seen real progress both physically and mentally! Her approach was motivating without being overwhelming, and I now feel empowered to maintain these healthy habits long-term. I finally found a coach who made both nutrition and exercise feel doable."

1 ON 1 NUTRITION AND FITNESS IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND

YOUR PLAN, WRITTEN FOR YOU!

  • Workouts for wherever you'll actually want to → Gym, living room, basement, one set of dumbbells, bands or body weight. 30 to 40 minutes designed to work with your schedule.

  • Nutrition you can eat at your own table → Enough protein, enough balance, enough room for the food your family is already eating.

  • A check-in with me every week → You tell me how it really went. I adjust your plan based on your check in. So a hard week gets solved instead of quietly becoming the week you disappear.

  • The why behind every bit of it → I myself have struggled with looking in the mirror and not recognizing the person looking back at me. I have felt ashamed and embarrassed about the way I looked. I have walked a mile in your shoes and know that yo-yo dieting and one size fits all workouts don't stick. You have to make simple changes, build healthy habits and prioritize yourself. I want to help women feel empowered, strong, confident and beautiful in their bodies and build the skills to be able to make it a life long change.

Meet Sammy

I'm telling you her numbers because they're hers and they're real, not because I'm promising them to you. Some bodies respond quickly other (like mine) took a little longer. Sammy committed fully when she started working with me.

She put her all into it and within the first nine week had already lost 14 pounds and 4.9 inches on her waist.

Most take longer, including mine. What matters most in Sammy's story is that she slipped up but she kept getting back up and not let a bad day completely derail her.

I still think about I got a very excited text message with two  She'd bought two swimsuits, from a regular store, for the first time. “Probably my first positive bathing suit shopping experience,” she massaged. I was so excited for her.

"Working with Jackie has been such a life and mental change with the way of thinking and living a healthy life style. Her experience and expertise will give you the tools to succeed along with her support. Her passion for helping people in my opinion is what sets her apart from other 'trainers'."

Courtnei joined me in my first challenge. She was looking for a trainer who could fit things into her busy life as a mom with a teething nine-month-old, a farm, and more stress than one person should be carrying. She didn't have a flawless run. She forgot to log on the long days. Her family had to put their dog down in the middle of it. Months in, she was still telling me she needed to get better at meal prep. But she was right there being honest, raw and willing to put in the work everyday.

She kept going and eleven weeks later she was down twenty-four pounds and six and a half inches off her waist. But the message she sent me wasn't about the scale.

"Putting my son in a carrier used to be very uncomfortable because he's a bigger baby and I had so much stomach on the front. I used it the other day and actually thought I hadn't done up a buckle, it fit that loose."

"I am really proud of myself. I'm not falling into old bad habits. Like I'm actually tickled pink.""

COACH

First off welcome. If you have made it this far into my page you have gotten a lot of information about what I do, but who am I?

In my 30s I was a world traveller an avid yogi and a body builder. I got married at 38 and have my first baby at 39. I was a high risk pregnancy and went form moving my body 6 sometimes 7 days a week to only being allowed to walk 20 min a day.

During my pregnancy I stopped weighing myself after I broke the 200s and weight more that my 5'11 husband. For context I am only 5'3. That was only when I was around 6 months pregnant and lets just say I continued to grow.

I left the hospital with this tiny 7 pound 8 ounce little miracle and still over 200 pounds. I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize myself.

It took me a couple of years to love myself a little more and to start building back the healthy habits I had before.

I no longer workout for hours in the gym or have a very struct diet. But instead workout when I can. Typically a few times a week and enjoy whole foods and meals with my family.

If you are ready to have me walk along side you on your journey I would be honoured.
